Heritage Refurbishment & Structural Repairs

This was a landlord's dilapidation project to ensure the building is handed over in line with the lease agreement. A multi-phased project, with various trades and complexities; from heritage requirements, design and multiple stakeholders to manage.

The scope of works includes certified design and planning services, listed building compliance, temporary services installation, and F10 notification management. Specialist conservation and structural works comprise sandstone masonry repairs, helical bar repairs, DOFF cleaning, asbestos removals, plastering, decoration, metal staircase repairs, window repairs and redecoration, as well as propping and design scaffolding solutions. The project also incorporates Rhino Deck systems, leadwork, and the provision of full protective scaffolding to ensure safe and efficient delivery of all restoration and refurbishment activities.
