Following façade and structural surveys a multi disciplined based structural remediation project was required. Following access, the lintels and render were in poor structural condition leading to a full re-render of the building and lintel replacements, including a bespoke curved steel lintel to match the curvature of the corner of the building. Masonry stitching to save time and cost of replacement masonry. Sectional roof replacement including the roof structure and a full window replacement to provide a complete façade overhaul.
