SCOPE
Working with County Contractors on the transformation of the Marriott County Hall was a seamless experience. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate with all stakeholders truly brought the ambitious vision for this flagship property to life...I would not hesitate to partner with County Contractors again on future high-end projects."
Reawakening a Westminster icon
We partnered with the new owners and prestigious architects to breathe new life into the Marriott County Hall—an iconic hotel overlooking the Thames. The full transformation included 206 guestrooms and 14 suites, blending bold design with the building’s period character.
A highlight of the project was the introduction of a new Champagne Bar, enhancing the arrival experience and giving guests a refined space to pause and connect. This was more than a refurbishment—it was a strategic renewal of County Hall’s five-star presence in the heart of Westminster.

Detail-driven from bar to boardroom
Our scope went beyond the guestrooms. We revived the hotel’s public areas, restoring original herringbone floors that had long been hidden and reworking circulation and meeting spaces to better reflect the building’s architectural heritage.
Key works included:
- Full fit-out of 206 rooms and 14 luxury suites
- Construction of new Champagne Bar feature space
- Refurbishment of all guest corridors and public zones
- Restoration of original flooring and period detailing
The result: an elevated guest journey from check-in to suite, delivered with care, quality, and respect for place.
