A landmark hotel, elegantly reimagined
Located at the heart of Mayfair, InterContinental London Park Lane is synonymous with timeless elegance. We were proud to deliver the full refurbishment of the hotel’s 3rd and 4th floors—transforming 121 rooms into the new Mayfair Collection, a striking expression of refined comfort and craftsmanship.
This was more than a refresh—it was a complete reimagining of the guest experience. From natural materials like marble, wool and leather to bespoke detailing in bronze and embroidery, every element was carefully considered to reflect the property’s rare setting between two Royal Parks. Working closely with the hotel’s in-house team, we brought their vision to life with minimal disruption, creating a tranquil, luxurious experience that’s deeply rooted in place.
Precision behind every detail
Behind the beauty of the Mayfair Collection lies a complex, highly coordinated technical scope. We carried out a full demolition and resurvey to reconfigure room layouts and sizes, followed by the creation of 21 new suites, 18 executive rooms, and refurbishment of 82 standard guestrooms—all supported by upgraded services throughout.
This included:
- New fan coil units, power systems, and intelligent dimming controls
- A redesigned sprinkler system and upgraded fire protection throughout
- Bespoke marble bathrooms with waterproof encapsulation
- New ducts, joinery, lighting, ceilings, and corridor finishes
- Full seal and balcony restoration across exterior openings
