SCOPE
A fresh start for a flagship store
Boots’ Terminal 5 store underwent a full refurbishment, delivered to a tight schedule within one of the UK’s busiest travel hubs.
Our scope included new flooring, refreshed decorations, updated signage, and a reconfigured store layout designed to ease customer flow and expand the point-of-sale zone. A new digital fascia sign was also installed—supporting Boots’ wider move toward more dynamic and high-impact retail environments.
All works were carried out in a live setting with phased handovers, coordinated access, and close collaboration with client-side teams and suppliers. The result: a sharper, smarter store ready to serve high volumes with ease.

A trusted partner for retail delivery
This Heathrow project is part of a wider portfolio of work we deliver for Boots across the UK. From flagship refurbishments to rapid-turnaround fit-outs, we support the brand with projects that demand consistency, speed, and care—from planning through to handover.
We’ve worked across airports, shopping centres, retail parks, and local high streets, each with its own challenges. Whether it’s adapting layouts, refreshing tired stores, or installing bespoke joinery, our team knows how to deliver in complex, live environments. Boots trusts us to protect their brand and keep their spaces trading, because we do what we say, and we get it right the first time.
