This was our initial contract with this new client and following another successful competitive tender submission, we were duly engaged to deliver Ramada's largest scheme.

This complex project encompassed a complete refurbishment of this 14 floor iconic Manchester hotel. Some 280 guest rooms, bathrooms and associated public areas, were completely stripped and refitted to a modern contemporary design.

	County Contractors worked closely with the hotel and completed a high-quality refurbishment within the confines of an operating business.
