NHS Bristol - Avonmouth Medical Centre

We successfully tendered and were awarded a refurbishment and remodel project.

The property was originally built in the early 1980's and was in a dilapidated condition.

Working closely with the consultants we were able to meet the challenges that were presented, provide design input and complete the project within a 10 week duration.

We phased the works which was essential to enable for the medical centre to continue operating providing a clear logistical path and providing segregation to ensure that health and safety was not compromised.

The main reception undertook a full refurbishment including flooring, decorations, partitioning and ceilings, power, lighting, data, voice, fire detection system revisions and intruder.

Surgeries, clinical rooms, staff offices, staff room, kitchens and toilets were also remodelled and refurbished.

Externally all existing timber windows and doors were replaced and fascia and soffits renewed in PVCu. A parking area was resurfaced and line marked and new bin store built.
