The Priory Group - Mark College

Our client had informed us that there were insufficient teaching facilities given the lack of classrooms. We undertook an initial appraisal and then designed and built a new timber framed building.

The building was designed and erected all within a 10 week period.

The timber structural frame and panels were manufactured off site to exact specification enabling for a shortened build period on site. It also ensured that the building was weather tight.

All groundworks and including a thickened edge concrete raft were designed and laid and resultant works included all joinery aspects, general plumbing, heating, power, lighting, data, a fire system which was linked to the College's existing system through a repeater panel, partitions, decorations and flooring.

We delivered a new quality building which provided the College with two new classrooms for the teaching staff and students to utilise, on time and within budget. As a result of our success we were also rewarded with two further timber framed classroom design and build projects.
