The project was successfully delivered within the summer break in preparation for the staff and pupils return in September.

An existing four story Victorian building was remodelled and refurbished which included for new flooring, joinery, decorations, partitioning and ceilings, new power, lighting, data, voice and hot and cold services.

The works included alterations to reflect the required layout changes to form classrooms, wet play areas, toilet and washing facilities, circulation areas and staffrooms. To facilitate this work internal structural changes were carried out and new staircases, partitioning, power, lighting, fire, intruder and mechanical services were successfully installed.

This summer County Contractors were tasked with delivering a range of interlinked refurbishment projects throughout Bristol Grammar School. Despite the challenging timescale, all projects were completed to a high standard and within budget.
