Our flexible approach with the client secured an office refurbishment and remodelling project over 3 floors.

We delivered compliant new offices in an existing open plan floor area across all three floors and complete furniture, fixture and fittings installation.

The works were completed within 15 weeks and in live conditions.

A new electrical sub-main was introduced, LV distribution upgraded to accommodate the refurbishment and layout changes and new general power, lighting, data, fire (detection and sprinkler) and intruder (CCTV) systems installed.

An air handling unit was supplied and installed onto the main roof of the office block to serve a new VRF and heat recovery system.

Glazed partitioning was erected to create new offices together with suspended ceilings and specialist bespoke joinery. Decorations were carried out throughout.

A new passenger lift was installed thus a new lift shaft and pit were formed allowing appointed specialist to follow and install car and motor etc.

Public and staff toilets were also refurbished.
